How to serve it

Chill to around 8°C — roughly three hours in the fridge, or twenty minutes in an ice bucket with water and ice. Pour into a tulip glass rather than a wide coupe to hold the fine bead. It drinks well on its own at full time and stands up to salty food: crisps, fish and chips, or anything you would eat watching the highlights.
